| Eddie Gresham
was born on October 27, 1968 in Springfield, Illinois. As
a child, he dreamed of a life as a major league baseball
player. A devastating knee injury in high school threatened
to end the dream, but Eddie worked hard to make a full recovery,
and was able to extend his career to the collegiate level.
He hung up the cleats for good after his senior year at
Saint Louis University, and depending on which day you ask
him, he will tell you that he went undrafted due to either
the knee injury or just a blatant lack of talent.
Gresham graduated with a degree in Computer Science, and
went forth into the world of Information Technology. He
worked for IBM and Niborex, Inc., before becoming an independent
Networking Consultant. After working and traveling in separate
states for several years, he and his wife moved to Texas.
There, Eddie took some time off from consulting and began
writing his first novel, FOOTFALLS. He
and his wife, Stacy, currently live in Plano, TX, with their
lovable pets.
Eddie is currently working on his second
novel, SUICIDE WATCH, while promoting and
marketing FOOTFALLS
